We are seeking dependable Laborers to support our Field Operations team. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The Laborer will assist masons and tuck pointers on residential and commercial job sites, helping to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely. Shifts
7pm-7am

Key Responsibilities

• Assist masons and tuck pointers with day-to-day tasks
• Mix mortar and prepare materials for job site use
• Build and disassemble scaffolding safely and efficiently
• Stock and transport brick, block, and other materials around the site
• Operate Jackhammer and other equipment (if qualified)
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to specification
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and directions from lead tradespeople
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs
• Be flexible and adaptable on various job site tasks

Qualifications

• 3 years of construction or laborer experience preferred
• Experience with scaffold building and mortar mixing a plus
• Jackhammer experience is highly valued
• Ability to measure and cut materials accurately
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work well with a team and follow direction
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
