Hiring Landscapers w/ Hardscape Exp 
What you’ll be doing:
•     Building patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and edging
•     Operating skid steers, compactors, saws, and basic landscape tools
•     Grading, drainage work, soil/stone prep
•     Mulching, planting, trimming, seasonal cleanups
•     Working with a small, efficient crew
What we’re looking for:
•     Hardscape experience would be a plus (pavers, block, stonework)
•     Ability to read grades and set elevations
•     Reliable transportation and solid work ethic
•     Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
•     Team‑player attitude
