Description
We are searching for alarm technicians to service our clients throughout the region. Qualified candidates will be responsible for tasks associated with the installation, programming and maintenance of burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV systems and access control systems.
The technician will install equipment, run wires and cables, program systems, use ladders and scaffolding, use hand and power tools, teach customers how to use the alarm system and participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
Abilities required: use of computers, preferably in a PC, windows-based operating environment; strong communication skills and attention to details; maintain customer privacy and maintain personal professionalism at all times; read and use installation manuals.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver's license is required. A pre-employment criminal background check will be required.
Experience is preferred, but will train qualified candidate.
