Position Summary:
The Sand Blaster is responsible for surface preparation of metal components using abrasive blasting techniques to ensure proper coating adhesion and finish quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces
• Remove rust, scale, and contaminants from metal components
• Inspect surfaces to ensure proper preparation standards are met
• Maintain blasting equipment and ensure proper function
• Follow safety procedures, including PPE and containment practices
• Coordinate with painting and production teams
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of sandblasting or surface prep experience preferred
• Ability to operate blasting equipment safely
• Knowledge of surface preparation standards
• Strong attention to detail and safety practices
